Membership

Yearly membership allows access to all the club’s venues for a 12 month period from the time of purchase.

Membership Price Structure

Individual/Family – $130

(Family consists of you, your spouse and children through the age of 19

  DISCOUNTED Individual/family – $120
(With proper ID)
Senior 65+, Active Military/Veteran, ADA		  

** Lost /Replacement gate card is $20

Corporate Membership Price Structure

Bronze – $600 yearly

  • 2  memberships
  • 10 guest passes
 Silver – $800 yearly

  • 4  memberships
  • 20 guess passes
 Gold – $1200 yearly

  • 8  memberships
  • 30 guest passes

Corporate memberships also includes:

 

  • Display of a corporate member recognition sign (2? x 4?) at BCSSC
  • Direct web link to/from your business logo showing your product/services offered
  • Discount memberships for any of your employees that become members

Membership Renewal

You will receive notification of renewal pending via email 30 days prior to your renewal date. Once you renew your gate card will be updated for another year. If a member does not renew by their renewal date, the member will have a 30 day grace period following their membership expiration date in which they can renew, after 30 days if there is a waiting list the next name on the list will be given the membership.  Please note, your gate card does not have a 30 day grace period.  It shuts off on the exact date of your renewal.

Guest Pass Policy

Members bringing in adult guests 18 and older who are using the ranges must purchase a $10 guest pass located on the side of the check-in station.   All guests must sign in and be accompanied by a current member while on club grounds. The day pass envelope should be completed by the member. The envelope and the $10.00 guest fee, per guest, should be put in the envelope and the envelope put in the depository. The depository (mailbox) is located also on the side of the check-in station.

Failure to pay the $10.00 fee for each guest in advance at the main gate will be considered a club rules violation; violation of this honor system will be reviewed by the Board for possible disciplinary action and/or private property trespass violation.

Non-Member Day Pass

If you are visiting our beautiful big sky country or are just wanting to come out for the day we offer a $25 day pass.  All day passes are by appointment only.  Please call the office at 406-670-1183  for availability and we can start your Montana outdoor experience!

Discounted Memberships Are Available!

  • Seniors 65+

A $50.00 collegiate membership is available for dependents through the age of 24 who are attending school. This membership runs concurrent with the family’s membership and requires proof of enrollment and does not automatically convert into a regular membership.
